  Tried talking with the volunteer supervisor many times and each time I was told he was "in a meeting" or was not in the office. I drive a total of 40 minutes and I came three times after being told I would be allowed to talk with him. I also ended ended up waiting an hour just to be told he couldn't speak with me today and to come back again (which I did) and was once again turned away.

  The woman who picked up my phone call was really rude. She didnt answer my question and instead decided to tell me a solution that wasn't even possible and wasn't my question. I emailed this facility and never got an email back. If they really wanted to help the least the woman on the phone could do was answer the question I asked.

  Terrible. Arrived to pick up my cat that was snatched up by a neighbor. I was told to come at opening but then was told that that the cat was at a vet and would not be open till Monday so there was nothing that could be done. I was also told that the vets practice name was confidential where she was being held. I'll echo everyone there had horrible people skills and we're super shady in communication. One younger girl, a kennel master, was friendly and personable however. I stayed several hours waiting to see if anything could be done but could not get anyone to talk with. They seemed like they may have been trying to assist in the situation but it was so questionable as to the sensarity because of how they I interacted and withheld and kind of useful information. This cat is in its final days and on antibiotics and cannot receive her medications.
